2025 Hong Kong GIES Successfully Ends | Seeing the Power of Rehabilitation Technology in the Real Needs of the Elderly

Nov 25, 2025

The 2025 Hong Kong Elderly Technology Expo and Summit (GIES) came to a successful conclusion on the 23rd. The exhibition site was crowded with people, and many elderly people and their families personally came to experience various elderly friendly technologies. Through their careful observation, patient questioning, and active hands-on experience, we saw the most real and specific rehabilitation needs in an aging society. This time, Rushen Robot was invited by Tencent's Silver Hair Technology Partner Program to showcase its "Gewu UniGym" rehabilitation product. At the same time, it also received visitors together with our local partners in Hong Kong to be closer to the local usage scenarios and have in-depth exchanges.

During the exhibition, the UniGym multi in one home rehabilitation training system has become a focus of attention for many elderly people and their families. Everyone discussed real daily challenges such as training comfort, home usability, and movement safety. It is worth mentioning that the UniGym has also received attention from television media, and reporters have personally experienced the equipment, fully experiencing the practical role of technology in rehabilitation training. Let us deeply understand that in an aging society, the significance of technology has never been about dazzling technology, but whether it can truly help the elderly maintain mobility, independence, and improve their quality of life.

GIES is not only a platform for showcasing, but also a place for listening. The experience feedback of the elderly, care anxiety of family members, service needs of institutions, and frontline observations shared by local partners - together constitute an important direction for us to continue promoting innovation in rehabilitation technology.

Thank you to all the friends who have come to the exhibition booth of Rushen Robot. Your communication and trust have strengthened our determination to bring more practical, warm, and life friendly rehabilitation programs to more elderly people and families.
