Rushen Robot Successfully Enters Tencent 2025 Silver Hair Technology Partner Program

Sep 04, 2025

Recently, the shortlist for Tencent's "2025 Silver Hair Technology Partner Program" was officially announced. Shanghai Rushan Robot Technology Co., Ltd. successfully entered the acceleration camp with its innovative research and development of the humanoid robot "Qijia Q1". This achievement not only highly recognizes Rushan Robot's technological strength, but also injects new momentum into the development of China's elderly care technology field.

The Tencent "2025 Silver Hair Technology Partner Program" is not an ordinary industry selection, but an important industry empowerment project launched nationwide under the joint guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, and the Minhang District Government. Since its launch in May this year, the program has focused on the needs of the silver haired population, extensively soliciting high-quality elderly care technology solutions, and attracting 189 projects from 16 provinces, regions, and municipalities across the country to actively apply. After multiple rounds of rigorous evaluation, only 15 projects stood out from the crowd, and the fact that the body robot was able to stand out from them is enough to prove its unique advantages and huge potential in the field of elderly care technology.

Serial No. Project Name Core Field Key Features
1 Ezviz RK3 Desktop Robot (Elderly-Friendly Version) Elderly Care & Safety Monitoring Fall detection, emergency call, dialect recognition
2 AI Silver Age Smart Glasses Wearable Assistive Device Video call, obstacle reminder
3 BCI Rehabilitation System for the Elderly Intelligent Rehabilitation Brain-computer interface, rehabilitation training
4 Intelligent Elderly Companion Robot Emotional Companion & Care Voice interaction, daily reminder

*Note: The 2025 Silver Hair Technology Partner Program Accelerator shortlisted 15 projects from 189 applications nationwide, focusing on intelligent rehabilitation, elderly care, and health monitoring.

As the core product of humanoid robots, the "Qijia Q1" humanoid robot has been closely designed to meet the practical needs of elderly care since its inception, breaking the limitations of traditional robots that prioritize form over practicality. Unlike some products in the market that pursue appearance simulation, the "Qijia Q1" focuses on "solving real care problems" and has functionally reconstructed the robot's form - it abandons the complex and unstable bipedal walking design and adopts an omnidirectional moving chassis to ensure flexible shuttle and less prone to tipping in scenarios such as homes and nursing homes; The equipped robotic arm supports ± 1N high-precision force control, which can accurately control the force when feeding, turning over, and assisting the elderly to get up, avoiding collision injuries to the elderly.

At the functional level, "Qijia Q1" covers multiple needs of elderly care: it can assist the elderly in picking up items, delivering medicine, completing simple household chores, and can also chat with the elderly through voice interaction, play music, and alleviate the loneliness of elderly people living alone; When the elderly need to move, it can quickly switch to electric wheelchair mode, and can smoothly carry the elderly by adjusting the orientation of the body.

Of particular importance is that, considering that current embodied intelligence technology has not yet fully addressed complex elderly care scenarios, the "Qijia Q1" innovation adopts a "dual-mode parallel" architecture - routine tasks are autonomously completed by AI agents, and complex operations beyond their capabilities are remotely intervened by professional nurses through a bilateral force feedback remote control system. This technological solution allows caregivers to "perceive" the contact strength between robots and elderly people, as if they were personally caring for them, greatly improving operational safety and accuracy. At the same time, equipped with fall detection, emergency stop buttons, privacy protection modes, etc., it further strengthens the safety line of use.

This nomination is not only an honor but also a development opportunity for Rushen Robot. From the perspective of resource support, relevant departments in Shanghai have also connected with more than 10 representative elderly care institutions for selected enterprises, allowing robots to directly penetrate real elderly care scenarios and collect user feedback to improve products; Tencent will open up core resources such as artificial intelligence, cloud services, and social platforms to help Rushen Robotics expand its application scenarios and business models. At present, "Qijia Q1" has completed multiple rounds of internal verification and has reached cooperation with several leading elderly care service institutions. It is about to launch pilot tests in scenarios such as home care, institutional assistance services, and night care.

As China's aging population continues to deepen, the shortage of elderly care resources is becoming increasingly prominent. The introduction and development of robots provide technological solutions to solve this problem. This collaboration with Tencent's "Silver Hair Technology Partner Program" will not only accelerate the transformation and implementation of its own technological achievements, but also have the potential to promote innovation and upgrading in the entire elderly care technology industry, allowing more elderly people to enjoy the convenience and warmth brought by technology, and contribute to building a more warm aging society.
