Search for “UniGym” in the App Store or Huawei App Gallery. 
You can also scan the QR code on the device label or user manual to download and install the APK.

The suction cup requires a smooth, non-porous surface.
- Uneven or textured surface? Use the included suction cup sticker sheet. Apply it to the surface first, then attach the device.
- Dirty suction cup? Clean it with a damp cloth.
- Damaged suction cup? Please contact our support team for assistance.

This happens when the app lacks background running permission.
- Enable “display over other apps” or “pop-up window” permission in your phone settings.
- Note: Some phone models may still close the app automatically to save power. For uninterrupted training, avoid switching apps during use.

First, check the emergency stop button on the front panel.
- If it’s pressed down, rotate it clockwise to release. The light should return to normal.
- If the red light appears while connected to the app, it indicates an alert. Check the notification pop-up in the app for details.

- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Try reconnecting within the app.
- Restart the app or remove and re-add the device in the “My Devices” section.

- First, confirm Bluetooth is on and try reconnecting.
- Avoid exiting the app during use.
- Some phone models have compatibility limitations. If the issue persists, try using the app with a different phone.
